Ok. How much does this service cost?

Well, I’m here to help because you’re likely at the point where your thinking …’ how do I get this project done’ or maybe you spend a lot of time alone and want some company, maybe a little help keeping things organized.

As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and my 25 years as a real estate broker working with seniors, I bring deep, background checked and ethics verified expertise to every visit. Whatever your needs, you have a proven advocate in your corner.

70% of Seniors Over 65 are looking for a little assistance. Medicare doesn’t help.

My specialized concierge service provides high-touch, non-medical support tailored to your exact rhythm:

  • Healthcare & Logistics: Accompanied doctor visits, prescription pickups, and clear appointment summaries.

  • Daily Living & Errands: Grocery runs, household management, tech help, and light home upkeep.

  • Engagement & Outings: Scenic drives, social visits, shopping trips, and active companionship.

  • Transition & Safety Audits: Aging-in-place safety modifications and complete downsizing management.

You don't need a cold, corporate home care agency that sends a different stranger every week, nor do you need a generic helper who lacks clinical awareness. You need a dedicated, high-touch personal ally. One you can relate with and one with broad experience that address the 4 pillars of your home and lifestyle and supports your every wish intention;

1 Safeguarding Your Autonomy and Personal Identity

2 Protecting Your Environmental Safety and Comfort

3 Supporting Your Physical & Cognitive Vitality

4 Encouraging Purpose, Connection & Social Well-Being.

Let someone else do the Heavy Lifting~

Prevention and Safety First!

The most exhausting time to build a plan is during a crisis. Waiting until a fall occurs or a living situation becomes unmanageable strips away your choices. The moment to partner with a concierge specialist is now—while you can make thoughtful, dignified decisions on your own terms. Taking action today converts future uncertainty into immediate, everyday ease.

About Medicare:

Medicare does not cover long-term daily personal help at home because standard health plans are designed only for short-term medical recovery, not chronic daily care which can be a reality for anyone getting older. It won’t pay for Adult Day care or drop by visits or any services which benefit a senior outside of long-term care or immediate skilled nursing needs.

What Medicare Does Not Pay For:

Medicare will not cover care if we need only non-medical or general help, which is 70% of people over 65 years old.

  • NO 24-hour-a-day or intermittent daily care at home

  • NO Home or personal, generalized care or care taker respite

  • NO Adult Day Care

  • NO Home meal delivery

  • NO Help with daily ADL’s, or activities like bathing, dressing, or cleaning (custodial care, ADL maintenance care) -unless you also need skilled medical care at the same time.

When Need, Product, Source, Price, and Time come together, the way forward is clear. It’s simply the most reassuring decision you will make for your home, your family, and your future.
